Improving Your Cultural Intelligence

Cultural Intelligence Learning Event
with David Livermore
November 18th 7-9 pm
Freeway Coffeehouse–333 King St. East, Hamilton

On the evening of November 18th from 7-9pm TrueCity is hosting a seminar on Cultural Intelligence (CQ) which will feature David Livermore.    David is an excellent presenter who has researched and presented CQ around the world.  He has literally written the book on CQ. We are very excited to have him coming to share this with us.

This event will take place at the Freeway Coffeehouse–333 King Street East, Hamilton. The cost is $15 for adults and $10 for students.

CQ is a four-phase approach to improving the way we interact with different cultures. While based in research, it’s a very practical approach to multicultural ministry. This seminar will focus on how the CQ model can open our eyes to the dynamics of the different cultures we are encountering and strengthen our ability to relate and work in such settings.

We live in an increasingly multi-cultural context where we are expected to relate across ethnic differences, economic backgrounds, generational realities and other divides. Whether it be within our congregations, at work, in local outreach, short-term missions, counseling ministries, or any multicultural context, this interactive program will provide practical tools to improve your CQ.
